This case came before the Court on January 11, 1995, for hearing on exceptions filed by a beneficiary of the will, Janet Robinson, to the Commissioner of Accounts’ approval of the executors’ 1992 accounting filed in this case, which exceptions challenge the reasonableness of certain expenses incurred by the executors in the management of the estate.
