HALL, Judge.

After judgments were rendered in previous appeals reducing the awards for compensation and attorney fees made by the district court in these expropriation suits, plaintiffs proceeded by rule in the district court to obtain judgment against the defendants for the difference in the amounts deposited in the registry of the court and withdrawn by the plaintiffs and the amounts of the judgments as reduced on appeal.
