DIMOCK, District Judge.
The question presented is whether to allow interest and district court costs to successful libelants.
This litigation grew out of the destruction by fire, with loss of life and cargo, of the Norwegian M/S Black Gull on July 18, 1952, off Nantucket while on a voyage from North European ports to New York.
