This is a suit to foreclose a real estate mortgage. The defendants appeal from a decree of foreclosure entered March 3, 1936.
There are no assignments of error, but it would appear from the brief which sets out a portion of the motion for new trial that the appellants’ complaint against the decree is that it is- not sustained by sufficient evidence. The evidence discloses that this was originally a mortgage for $12,000, covering two pieces of property, executed in 1923, and that it was reduced to $6,000 in 1933, when one parcel of real estate was released from the mortgage.
