In this case the Court must decide whether the Rhode Island Board of Education's practice permitting local education agencies to terminate special-education services to disabled children at- age 21 violates the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq. -Before the Court are Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment and Defendant’s Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment.
