The plaintiff, Ruth Nelson Edelman, in Person and as Guardian of the Person and Estate of Mark N. Edelman, a minor, on January 2, 1947 filed her petition in the district court of Sheridan County, Wyoming against Helen L. Edelman, Executrix of the estate of Theodore I.
