Appellant Tyrone Lament Reed was convicted by a jury of four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child (Pen. Code, § 269), 1 one count of forcible oral copulation (§ 288a, subd. (c)(2)), one count of forcible rape (§ 261, subd. (a)(2)), and one misdemeanor count of child abuse (§ 273a, subd. (b)). Reed was sentenced under the three strikes law to a term of 230 years to life in state prison.
