— Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Lama, J.), dated September 24, 1984, and entered in Nassau County, which, inter alia, annulled a determination of respondent Board of Elections of the County of Nassau that a drawing be held to determine the column positions of the three Republican candidates for the office of County Court Judge in Nassau County.
