OPINION
EVELYN V. KEYES, Justice.
A jury previously convicted appellant, Haim Silber, of the second degree felony offense of indecency with a child. 1 The jury assessed punishment at a $10,000 fíne and nine years’ confinement, and it recommended that the sentence be probated. Upon the recommendation of the jury, the trial court placed appellant on community supervision for five years. The State subsequently filed a motion to revoke appellant’s community supervision. The trial court granted the motion, revoked appellant’s community supervision, and assessed punishment at five years’ confinement.…
