This is a case of statutory construction. We are asked to decide if defendant-appel-lee Kenneth T. Duncan can be held liable pursuant to T.C.A. § 55-7-104(d) for the actions of his son, Jeffrey Duncan, who was involved in a motorcycle-pedestrian collision resulting in the death of Richard L.
