This is a dispossessory action brought by appellees Hilda Levine, Roy Levine, and the estate of Mark Levine d/b/a Village Square Ventures (collectively, “Village Square”) against appellant Realty Lenders, Inc. d/b/a ReMax Premier (“ReMax”), the commercial tenant of property owned by Village Square. Following a bench trial, the trial court found that ReMax had breached the lease and entered a monetary judgment in favor of Village Square in the amount of $60,995.87 for overdue rent and other charges, plus $3,000 in attorney fees.
