CRISWELL, Judge.

Defendant, Ruben Jones, appeals the judgment of convictions of first degree assault and crime of violence. Because we conclude that the trial court erred in admitting irrelevant evidence of the victim’s good work record, we reverse.

Defendant and the victim were co-employees and defendant’s convictions arose out of an altercation between the two which took place away from their place of employment, during which the co-employee sustained a gunshot wound.
