MEMORANDUM DECISION GRANTING JUDGMENT AFTER TRIAL IN FAVOR OF MAPLE TRADE FINANCE CORPORATION
JAMES M. PECK, Bankruptcy Judge.
The trial in these two related adversary proceedings took place over three days in July, and the Court provided some initial reactions to the evidence at the close of the hearing on July 31, 2008. In light of these comments and with the hope of avoiding additional costs and delay associated with preparing post-trial submissions, the Court encouraged the parties to meet and confer regarding a possible settlement of claims and defenses.
