Joan Santamassino (the “Plaintiff’ or “Debtor”) initiated this adversary proceeding by filing a complaint on May 22, 2006, seeking a discharge of the student loans she owes to the New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (the “Defendant”).
