United Order of Good Samaritans v. Bryant

This is an action brought by appellant order under subdivision 7 of § 6290 of Crawford & Moses’ Digest, in accordance with the procedure prescribed in § 6292 of the Digest to vacate a judgment of the Lee Circuit Court rendered at a former term. To the petition filed to vacate, response was made, and the court, after hearing the testimony on the issues joined, entered its judgment, denying the prayer of the petition and refusing to vacate the judgment theretofore rendered.
