OPINION BY BENDER, P.J.E.:

Appellant, Robert Bebout, appeals from the judgment of sentence of a minimum term of 45 years' incarceration, and a maximum term of life imprisonment ("45-life"), imposed following his resentencing pursuant to Miller v. Alabama , 567 U.S. 460 , 132 S.Ct. 2455 , 183 L.Ed.2d 407 (2012), and Montgomery v. Louisiana , --- U.S. ----, 136 S.Ct. 718 , 193 L.Ed.2d 599 (2016). Appellant challenges both the legality and *465 the discretionary aspects of his sentence. After careful review, we affirm.
