M.H., a juvenile, appeals from an order withholding adjudication of delinquency and imposing probation for burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and petit theft. He contends the State committed a discovery violation by listing the victim of the charged crimes as a Category B witness in its discovery exhibit rather than as a Category A witness,1 and therefore, the trial-court erred by failing to conduct a full Richardson2 inquiry to address the discovery violation.
