KEITH, Justice.
The appeal is from a judgment denying declaratory relief that certain ordinances of The Town of Vidor, Texas, were and are invalid. The parties will be designated as in the trial court.
Bean, et al., property owning, taxpaying resident citizens of The Town of Vidor (hereinafter called “Vidor”, brought this suit in the nature of a declaratory judgment action, for themselves, and in the nature of a class suit.
