MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Before the Court are several performance and accounting issues relating to the measure of damages sustained by the above-named plaintiffs, a Debtor and its Receivers, respectively, in arrangement proceedings under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act commenced on May 26, 1976 (hereinafter, collectively “Medico”).
