This is an action brought by the respondent, Ohehalis county, to condemn, for a road, land owned by the appellants. The appellants are husband and wife, and it is conceded that the land sought to be condemned is community property. Upon the trial a verdict was rendered for the respondent, finding that the land was sought to be condemned as a road for public use, convenience, and utility, and assessing appellants’ damages at the sum of $10.
