Before the Court is the debtor’s Complaint against Leesa Bunch [Bunch] and McMasker Enterprises, Inc. [McMasker] to avoid as preferential transfers under 11 U.S.C. § 547 any judgment liens that may have attached to the debtor’s real or personal property located in San Bernadino County, California, or Phillips County, Arkansas. Bunch and McMasker each allege the debtor’s solvency at the time the liens attached as an affirmative defense to the debtor’s preference action.
