Marylea Scharnhorst, pro se, appeals from a decision entered on October 26,1981, in the District Court1 for the District of Minnesota dismissing, with prejudice, her action brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., alleging unlawful discrimination on the basis of sex, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., alleging unlawful discrimination on the basis of age.
