This civil lawsuit is based upon events allegedly occurring during a series of particularly bitter landlord-tenant disputes which began in September of 1995. Disillusioned by the difficulty of the eviction process, plaintiff (the former landlord) is now suing defendant Jiminez (the plaintiff’s former tenant) *592and defendant Ward, the attorney who represented the former tenant during the landlord-tenant proceedings.
