A petition was filed in this court in the bankruptcy proceeding above referred to, setting forth that the above-named bankrupt was a corporation organized under the laws of the state of California, with a capital stock of $2,000,000, divided into 20,000,000 shares of the par value of 10 cents each; that from the claims on file it would be necessary to raise the sum of about $150,000 in order that all of the indebtedness of the said bankrupt and the cost of administration might be paid, and that the only property in the estate other than the unpaid subscriptions to…
