WASSERSTROM, Chief Judge.
Defendant was charged with stealing under Section 570.0301 and with burglary in the second degree under Section 569.170, both Class C felonies. A jury found defendant guilty of the stealing charge but not guilty of burglary, and he was sentenced to five years imprisonment. Defendant appeals his conviction alleging three points of error.
