Affirming.

Appellant, Ray Russell, has been convicted of the crime of detaining a woman against her will, and his punishment fixed at confinement in the state reformatory for a term of two years. The sole ground relied upon in appellant’s brief for reversal of the judgment is the failure of the trial court to sustain his motion for a directed verdict of acquittal.
