Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand [Docket Entry # 5]. For the reasons stated below, the Motion is DENIED.
Background and Procedural History
In August 2006, Plaintiffs Curtis and Jamie Marsh purchased a home in Dallas, Texas, receiving a loan from Realty Mortgage Corporation (“Realty”) and executing a first lien deed of trust in Realty’s favor.
