OPINION
DAVID WELLINGTON CHEW, Justice.
Charmayne Rushing appeals her theft by repetition' conviction. A jury found her guilty and she was sentenced by the trial court to 12 year’s imprisonment. On appeal, Appellant challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence supporting her conviction. We affirm.
The evidence in this case is as follows. Appellant, with her husband, Michael Lewis, entered a Wal-Mart store in Midland, Texas. Richard Baze, a Wal-Mart security employee, saw them with a cart holding open Wal-Mart bags which contained merchandise. He found this suspicious and he began…
