Planet Fitness Holdings, LLC (“Planet Fitness” or “the Company”) hired the plaintiff, Jayne Conway (“Plaintiff’ or “Conway”), as its Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) in April 2010. Approximately eighteen months later, Conway was fired.
