Henderson, brought a bill against the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Dade County, seeking to enjoin the issue of tax deeds upon tax sale certificates issued for the non-payment of State and county taxes upon real estate which her husband had devised in trust, she being a beneficiary of the trust estate.
