This cause is before the Court on the following motions: (1) Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand; (2) Plaintiffs’ Rebuttal Motion to Remand; and (3) Motion to Strike Rebuttal Motion to Remand filed by the Defendants Heublein, Inc. (“Heublein”) and Canandaigua Wine Company, Inc. (“Canandaigua”).
