Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered August 12, 1975, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. Defendant was indicted on November 26, 1974 and charged with eight counts of robbery in the first degree and one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and was arraigned on these charges on December 9, 1974.
