The will in this case was admitted to probate on the 28th day of February, 1923. An application was then made to this court, on the 28th day of May, 1923, for an order compelling proof of said will in solemn form.
The testatrix died November 20th, 1922, leaving a last will and testament dated March 31st, 1920, in and by which she left all of her property, amounting to about $11,000, cash in bank, to the proponent, a grandniece. The next of kin consisted of nephews, nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews. The certificate of death shows that testatrix died at the age of one hundred and one years.…
