In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, plaintiff Gail Mittasch appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 10, 1979, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination denying that part of her motion which was for leave to serve a supplemental bill of particulars. Order modified by (1) deleting therefrom the provision which granted so much of the plaintiff Mittasch’s original motion as was to amend the caption of the action, and substituting therefor a provision denying said portion of the original motion, and (2)…
