HALL, Judge.
Louis A. Di Rosa as holder and payee of a promissory note brought suit against William P. Bosworth, Jr., the maker thereof, for the full amount of the note plus interest and costs. The note sued on is in the principal sum of $150,000.00, is dated November 30, 1965 and is made payable to Lewis E. Johnson and Louis A. Di Rosa jointly at New Orleans, Louisiana, in equal annual installments of $10,000.00 “beginning December 1, 1966 for ten years and balance due on December 1, 1976.” The note bears interest at 6% per annum from maturity until paid and provides that failure to pay any…
