The petitioners herein and plaintiffs below appeal the June 24, 2013, order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County that denied their motion for class certification in their action against Respondents Charleston Area Medical Center, Inc. (hereinafter “CAMC”) and CAMC Health Education and Research Institute, Inc. (hereinafter “CAMC Health Foundation”).
