Background
Plaintiff, Chapter 7 Trustee R. Sam Hopkins (“Trustee”), commenced this adversary proceeding seeking an order revoking the discharge previously granted to the debtors in this bankruptcy case, Defendants Thomas and Joanna Hugues. Plaintiff contends that Defendants obtained the discharge by fraud.
