Reuben F. Clark, appellant, (“Clark”) was convicted on pleas of guilty to (1) count 1 of the indictment, charging him with conspiracy under 18 U.S.C. § 371 to commit the offenses of interstate transportation of stolen motor vehicles in violation of 28 U.S.C. § 2312 2 and possession and disposition of stolen motor vehicles in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2313, 3 and (2) counts 4, 6, 18, and 20, charging him with interstate transportation of stolen motor vehicles in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2312. 4 Under the authority of Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(1), his pleas of guilty were…
