The first matter concerns plaintiff’s motion to compel discovery pursuant to Rule 37(a)(2), Fed.R.Civ.P. On December 31, 1985, plaintiff served on defendant her first set of interrogatories, 48 in number. On January 30, 1986, defendant filed objections to interrogatory numbers 27, 32, 33, 34, 37, 44, and 45, on the basis the information sought was either not relevant under Rule 26(b), Fed.R.Civ.P., or was confidential and would not be disclosed in the absence of a protective order.
