LE BLANC, Justice.
In this case- it is shown that on December 18, 1936, plaintiff, Lucille Thompson Wainwright, obtained a judgment of absolute divorce from her husband, Irving D. Wainwright. There was an agreement regarding alimony and the custody of four *571minor children, issue of their marriage, and based on that agreement the decree awarded custody of the children to the wife ■and fixed the alimony at $75.00 per month.
