*537In an action, inter alia, pursuant to RPAPL article 15 for a judgment declaring that a deed to certain real property is void, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Brennan, J.), dated May 24, 2006, which granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (1), (2), and (7).

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint is denied.
