Stall-man, J.), entered May 1, 2014, which, insofar as appealed from as limited by the briefs, denied plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment on their Labor Law §§ 240 (1) and 241 (6) claims, and denied defendants’ cross motion for summary judgment seeking to collaterally estop plaintiffs from raising an issue already decided by the Workers’ Compensation Board, unanimously modified, on the law, to grant defendants’ cross motion, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
