Plaintiffs-appellants, Harold and Joan Schneider, seek relief from the trial court’s final order dismissing their partition suit and assessing costs wholly against them. The pro se brief 1 appears to present a single assignment of error to the effect that this final order was “contrary to the facts and the evidence in this case.” We believe this attempt to state an assignment of error misses the point, and in order to consider the merits of appellants’ claims of error without being diverted by procedural considerations, we deem the assignment of error to be that the final order appealed from…
