This is an appeal by defendant from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs for damages for constructive eviction from leased premises, judgment for cross-defendant on the cross-complaint and judgment for plaintiffs on defendant’s counterclaim. Defendant purports to appeal from the order denying motion for new trial.
