OPINION AND ORDER
WILLIAM L. NORTON, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
The complaint filed by the debtors-plaintiffs in this adversary proceeding seeks damages for alleged breach of contract to sell the debtors’ property. The debtors allege that they entered into a real estate sales contract with the defendants for the sale of real property. The sale was never completed pursuant to that contract. The debtors subsequently sold the property to a third party and then commenced this proceeding to recover their contract damages.
