This matter is before the Court on a Motion to Convert from Chapter 7 to Chapter 13 filed by the Debtor on July 12, 1994 and an objection to conversion filed by an unsecured creditor, Mr. Reuben Self, on August 19, 1994. 1 After notice, a hearing was held on August 22, 1994.
