for the Court:

¶ 1. Christopher Thomas appeals his conspiracy-to-commit-armed-robbery conviction. He also challenges his capital-murder conviction. He raises weight and sufficiency-of-the-evidence issues on both. After review, we find his co-conspirators’ testimony, along with expert testimony and. physical evidence from the murder scene, was sufficient, to support the conspiracy-to-commit-armed-robbery conviction. And we find both his conspiracy conviction and capital-murder conviction were supported by the weight qf the evidence, Because we find no merit to these, or the other issues raised…
