— John Carter Anderson sued the Arizona Superior Mining Company for the reasonable value of his services in examining and reporting on certain mining properties of the company, situated in Pinal county. The suit was brought in the' superior court of Pima county, in which county plaintiff resided and maintained an office as mining engineer. The defendant is a domestic corporation with its principal office in Phoenix, Maricopa county.
