Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by a general court-martial composed of officer members of willful disobedience of a lawful order of a noncommissioned officer and attempted burglary, in violation of Articles 91 and 80, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 891 and 880, respectively. He was sentenced in 1995 to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 6 months, and reduction to E-l.
