Order, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Patricia Williams, J.), entered October 15, 2001, which, in an action by a laborer for personal injuries sustained on premises owned by defendants, and a third-party action by the premises own*219ers against plaintiffs employer and the premises lessee, insofar as appealed from as limited by the briefs, granted the employer’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the third-party complaint as against it for lack of a “grave injury” as required by Workers’ Compensation Law § 11, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
